July and August full weeks ocupation only. Security deposit €300. VAT included

Max. Occupation: 10 + 2 (extra beds)
In the price is included: electricity, water, firewood, gas, Internet access, calls to national fixed network phones, bed linen and towels and detergent for washing machine and dishwasher.
Pets are not allowed
Minimum stay: July, August and Christmas – 7 nights, Easter 4 nights, long weekends or bank holidays – all days, rest of the year – 3 nights.
High season: Easter, July and August, Christmas and long weekends
Low season: rest of the year
If an off-season stay includes totally or partially a long weekend, the total stay will be considered as bhigh season.
Booking confirmation: Deposit: €400. The rest of the payment rest before entry.
Cancellations be made 30 days prior to arrival. 25% deduction will be taken from the deposit each week after this date.
Weekly change of bed linen and towels for stays of 2 weeks or more
The House must be left in the same conditions of cleanliness in which it was found
Arrival/Departure: Arrival from 4 pm until 10:30 pm. Departure must be before 10:00 am (Except by special Arrangement)
Swimming Season: May – September
